What types of payments are accepted?

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Houston, TX. Transit times may vary, but below is an estimate:

Domestic orders are processed within 2-5 business days and transit time is approximately 2-7 business days.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


What is the cost for shipping?

Shipping costs currently vary by weight and destination. We are working to implement flat rates - coming soon!

I've changed my mind about my order, am I able to cancel it?

Once an order is placed, we have began processing it, and it cannot be canceled. Please be sure that you would like to place an order before doing so.


What is your return policy?

All sales are final, with no exchanges or returns. We apologize for any inconvenience!


Are you able to reship orders that are returned, due to an incorrect address?

Addresses that are submitted incorrectly cannot be reshipped or refunded.

Please be sure your shipping address is correct when submitting an order, as we will not be able to update it.


My package was damaged while in-transit. Can you issue me a refund?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for in-transit damage.

Once orders leave Hunnideux's facility, USPS assumes all responsibility. Customers should submit damage claims directly with the USPS.


Will you issue a refund if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders. You may wish to contact USPS to discuss alternate options for lost packages, or file a claim with your local police department, for stolen packages.
